Purple Heart Mustang
Nominate a Purple Heart Veteran from any war era to win this Ford Mustang.
Any Purple Heart Veteran from any War era that is from the US Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy or Coast Guard that is a current resident of Washington state or currently stationed at a Washington state base, is eligible to be nominated for and selected to receive the Korum Purple Heart Mustang. 
If you would like to nominate a wounded soldier to have a chance to be presented this Mustang, pleas submit the following information:
- Soldiers name, Rank, Branch of Service and how to contact him or her. Copy of DD214 record
- Your name, Rank, Branch of Service ( if military), Relationship and how to contact you
- A picture of the Soldier
- A letter why you are nominating this soldier, tell us his or her story in under 2500 words
- You may submit a video in DVD / VHS form not longer that 5 minutes. Will not be returned
- Entry deadline is August 1, 2008, entries received after that date will not be eligible for Mustang
Twelve finalists will be selected and the winner will be awarded the Purple Heart Mustang at an awards ceremony during the Puyallup Fair concert on September 11, 2008.
